Portugal is nice, although more for families with small children.
Spain is quite nice, and Cyprus is meant to be good.

Go to Dubai, with their thriving economy and black people.
It's like they're equal to us.

Ahahaha
I'm with G, the Caribbean is amazing. Your money goes such a long way too, 'cause everyone's so fucking poor. Tip your barman like $10-15 and you get free drinks and VIP service for the rest of night. I had in blast in the Dominican Republic, I'd love to go back some day.
17 October 2007, 14:12 UTC#12
Dunno why'd you like the beach so much but Phuket in Thailand looks amazing, gonna go there late next year.

Some guys from our school went Prague over the summer, they had a blinding time. Language didn't seem to be a problem at all.

Aussie is kinda piss weak. You can't do anything here. Goto NZ at least.
If you come to aussie goto cairns or something, that place is off the fucking hook. Goto a bar/club called The Woolshed. You won't regret it.
I wanna vacation in L.A rock out with all the punk bands and shit I know over there. Everyone says it's a fuckhole unless you know someone. So meh, I know people, I should be right? Right?

Lawl.
I've been to The Woolshed countless times and have regretted it. It's a seedy club full of drunken European backpackers and feral bogans. Might be different if you're a tourist though, but being a local I try and avoid the place as much as I can.
Although, I've picked up in there a few times in the past, so I guess I can't say too many bad things about it. Best advice would be to go there after you've knocked back a fair few drinks beforehand, and for the love of christ, don't use the toilets.
21 October 2007, 15:28 UTC#21
lol ^
If you wanna go to a cool city pick Prague or Amsterdam.
If its the sweet beach life you want go to Australia, Southeast Asia or Brasil. Those would be my first picks.
If you wanna go to a place that is really different than the US go to China.
21 October 2007, 19:04 UTC#22
Torbay in England.

Love Cairns. Been there twice. I hope to go again maybe next year. Best to go late winter/early spring in my opinion.
22 October 2007, 11:57 UTC#24
yeh, I gotta love cairns. The further south you go the tighter everyone gets. Cairns just gets wild, fucking crazy. I love it. Or at least you can go crazy there and no one cares.
I'm moving to brissie in feb or so hopefully though. Can't wait. Gotta get my dosh up though.. rent in sydney is fucked, and im over it
22 October 2007, 12:18 UTC#25
Hells yeah, the chicks are just damn fine up that way too and there's great places to eat at--not to mention the weather. It's like a whole different culture up north and I reckon I fit in perfectly.
Melbourne is so dark and cold most of the time...over-rated to be quite honest. Most of the clubs here are wack too. The 'good' ones are so pretentious that they barely let anyone in and the ones you can get into are fucking holes (with the exception of maybe Hyde Bar, Bubble, Bass Station and Marque). I barely even go to the city though, it's just crap most of time.
And yeah, I've heard rent in Sydney is plain ridiculous.
23 October 2007, 10:40 UTC#26
haha yeh I sure do hate Melbourne.. I try to make my visits there as quick as possible, Sydney clubs are just as bad, you can get in if you dress up, but it's never worth it. Expensive drinks and more expensive girls.
Fuck that.
Gimme QLD anyday of the week
