EDIT BY MADE: CHANGE OF PLANS, WERE GOING NEWQUAY!

Ok basically everyone who went to Newquay knows what an amazing experience it was and myself Tom and Ben have been talking about recreating it and have come up with some sort of structure for a new meet up.

Anyone who isn't a nob is invited but we have all agreed no Rico haha. The idea is to make it in Finland in Spring of 2008 for 10 days, this will take some planning but hopefully if we get our act together it'll be shit hot.

We have decided on a slight itinerary framework which we can work around but we think will be great to vary the holiday and keep it exciting.

So far we have the idea of: 3 Days in a cabin in the country getting shit faced, getting to know each other and
having a good craic where no one can hear Maddy scream

After that going on a cruise ship to Sweeden for 2 days, it's basically a party
boat and will be great banter and a wicked experience, it's pretty cheap too.

Last 5 days in the city out on the lash and generally experiencing Helsinki.

We're not definitely sticking to that but that's the general idea, we wanna know people who will definitely come, don't care if you're interested until you've made a decision so we can get an idea of numbers and myself Tom and Ben can sort out the accommodation and the admin of the holiday.

So if you're interested in having a fucking awesome time and living the dream in Newquay Finland then show you're gonna be involved here and we can sort shit out.

This is open to yanks, ru$$ian men, Brits and any other black or Asian minorities on the forum.

I know I'm not the best advocate of this but please try and keep this thread as spam free as possible because it'll be confusing as fuck as it is.

Get involved.

Here is example of a cabin we could rent:

Would be something like 80£ per day. It has 5 bedrooms with 2 beds each, so if there would be ten people dividing the cost, it would be pretty cheap.

If someone figured the price it would cost us Americans I'd be down.

Thing is booking early would save alot of time. So if we get at least a few definates then we can book it and others can join on if they can afford it between now and then.

If that makes sense?

I just wouldn't want to book and then loads pull out at last minute. That happens alot here.

to FMS:
We cant really check your flights, as we dont know exactly where and which airlines you have there so on... should be pretty easy to find out on your own from internet though.

Im under expression its pretty expensive for yanks.

To Brits:
But for brits it would probably be cheap. The plane tickets we bought for our november trip finland-uk (return flight) cost us 45£

+ airport taxes etc

edit: end of the summer would be best for me, because I will have to work in the summer

Yup thats the price for our current tickets, but we got them from sale on ryannair campaign. But still it shouldnt be too much even normally, if you take one of them cheap airlines, ryaanair, blue1 etc.

Hmm, will have to think about it. How much money we talking about all together here? For the full 10 days.
05 October 2007, 13:45 UTC#23
Like £400 max and thats not including naked skinny dipper tax.

That was a complete guestimate.

You have to do your own price estimate about travel expenses, because we really dont have enough information about your location etc. But for prices in Finland, just ask. Overall I dont think it would really be anymore than trip to newquay.

Ok. Get a list going of who is deffo down for this. Once we all start booking I'll feel bit better. Gotta be timed around everyone's uni as well I guess.

I aint fussed. As long as I aint spending a fortune. Thats 10 days off work for me which I can rarely get. So I would be pretty skint week after.

I guess we can always work it out so it doesn't cost too much, just need to compromise on some stuff.

Sorted.

Marc, Liam and I shall go as soon as you send us the Newquay footage.

I'm going to try and take about as close to a grand as I can get for the whole thing, but it should be cool. I am 100% doing this soon as we can work out a time period where I don't have uni stuffs on. We thought we'd put it out there early so people can start saving and we can get an idea of what's going on.

Need to be definites here and it needs to be really well planned.
