Just keep your room locked and shit, I doubt anyone in your halls will skank shit that big from you because you're obviously gonna know who's done it haha. The one thing I'm worried about is people stealing my food. I'll be angry if my meat goes missing.

To be honest after the first month or so you'll start to relax a bit and you'll all probably start to trust each other more so don't worry about it. You're gonna be spending a year with the people so don't act like a paranoid nob and be hated for that year.

Grow some balls and make sure no one would want to steal your shit.

If anyone touches your shit without permission break his arm (you should only have to do this once so make it count).

You'll have the rep of a guy not to have his shit fucked with.

Is that how you roll in home schooling?

Don't worry about random shitty old wives tales that you hear being thrown around about what you've heard happen at uni, most of them are bollocks or one offs. You'll be fine mate it's probs just some pre-leaving home nerves.

Just get to know your room mates and see what their like, I'm going to be living with 5 other students when they move in, at the moment theres three of us and my tv and wii are downstairs in the living room, not worried about it getting stolen or anything, can work out what people are like v.soon after meeting them, have some human faith.

I lived with 6 other people in the first year and all were fine except one. She started to steal clothes, money, food etc off us and we got her kicked out and got a new flatmate who's awesome.

Just lock your own door when you go out till you can fully trust everyone, that's it.
