basically got a home number on my phone, missed call, anyway on the net to find out who it belongs to? just like the Family Name.

anything would be cool.

I dont know if it will work in the UK, but I use http://www.whitepages.com then go to reverse phone number

EDIT: or just type in their phone number in google.

lol well its a home number and cant be bothered with the "Do you have any kids" convo with the parents and the "who is this, no u tell me first" plus im bored atm and just wanna see who it is.
also its 1am and they phoned at 7:40pm so might piss them off a bit if I call back now.

Doesn't your operator have some sort of a system for that.. Like you send some service number the number you want information on and you'll get the full information on the caller replied back to you.

At least I have a menu for that on my phone with different services the operator provides you with and one of them is number tracing

We have *69 for number tracing and *67 to hide your number from being traced.

Dunno, I may be one of the only American teens in the world who knows jack all about cell phones and phones in general.

Understandable, here every 5 year old is armed with an arsenal of Nokia phones
