the family credit card has been canceled and I need to pay for something on ebay or I get bad feedback and the new card hasnt came yet and the guy is getting pissed off.

Nah dude I'm not bringing my camera, because Scotts bringing his, and I dont trust myself with it when I'm drunk.


Although it's up to you to convince him to bring his Z1 because at the moment he wants to bring his little camera, WHich is still damn good quality for mini dv.

Plus he said theres no point in bringing his Z1 becuase if you want to use the footage then he will have to film in dv instead of hdv, and therefore theres no point in bringing his Z1.

alright, its just I want to film peoples reactions when they are watching the film and my camera is shit in low light, so I hoped you'd bring your vx, we can leave it in my room untill the films on then ill go get it, I wont be drinking.

Scotts camera would be fine for that, he uses it to film gigs (which are dark) and he could ulways bring his camera light if you needed it?

light would be annoying if people are watching something and im pointing a camera at them with a light on...come on dex, it can be a birthday present...it will be fine, we're all filmmakers here. we all know the rules and such.

Dude it's really not worth bringing though and the last time I took it to soemthing like this I broke a light I bought for it and parts of the microphone on it!, it's big and heavy, and doesnt give a much better result than scotts camera. Plus you can use some baking tray paper over the light as an ND filter. And anyway if its going to be dark your much better off filming it in night vision, which the vx doesnt have. The picture qaulity at night with the vx is not as good as everyone makes out, and I do know because I'm constantly testing out different cameras at school.

Your best bet is scotts camere (if you want it in colour) with his light and some tracing paper over light. Or what I'd recomend is just shooting it in night vision because it will show up well, and will look cool.

but everyones going to be sitting around our firepit so the light from the fire would be enough to make the vx quality stand strong.

When you fully desaturate a night vision shot it looks cool.

Dude it's nothing perosnal just not prepared to bring my vx with me, because Ive got to take it on the train form here to london and then to your place and from your place back to london, which means ill have to bring a bag and shit and always carry it and be responcible for it and im going to be off my face, and seeing as scotts camera is good in low light theres no need. Scotts little camera filmed the warehouse graffiti video shot at night and the boat party video. Its a good camera man trust.

Well usually it wouldnt be a problem because I would just get butler to carry it for me, but seeing as I'm going to be seing what us upper class would refer to as riffraff, I decided to brave it and take a train! (in order to be unoticed as such) And it's hard enough walking around with the large quantaty of jewlery round my neck and hands let alone carrying a camera for christ sake!
