Originally they told me they were coming to interview you cause they couldn't fly you in for reasons. But I've talked to Gerry and when I ask what other groups they have they mention you.

Actually funny story is they called me a month ago asking if this "Dan G fellow" was in our group.

Edit: If they don't send you a DVD I'll burn you one then I'll give you all the numbers/e-mail address's I have from them so you can bitch at them yourself for a better copy.

because right now it says I-Caught will be on at 9 eastern time, tomorrow night. and its gonna be about some gay guy. So I don't see how homegrown rolls into that.

I don't think it's tomorrow, I'll be flipping to the channel though.

I know we play crazy has it in their myspace for tomorrow night at 10 eastern time but I-caught is airing at 9 so its wierrd.

OMG that's your stunt? I remember watching this episode of I-Caught and then they explained why they couldn't show the clip in its entirety because it's too damn near too much for TV.

Yeah man, we've actually got quite an established community here. Many of our groups have had national US exposure. Not to mention the unimaginable amount of content from here that turns viral. Talk to your OTH connections and get the members involved here. We can add them to our list of accomplished stuntmen.

I know there are a lot of accomplished stuntman and crews on the board. I think it would be cool if everyone could collaborate with each other or attend like an annual stunt competition. Kinda like the olympics, but more extreme.

That'd be awesome, I agree. However, the majority of our membership is from Europe.

And, the American membership are mostly located in the south/southeast. Arkansas and North Carolina or Kentucky.

The majority of the Stunt groups are from America.

U.K.= Retardz, Urban Warriors, Human Maybe, Delayed Reaction, GOMP.

U.S.= Boredom-Induced, Lunatiks, Weak Sisters, No Mercy, PI:EO, Duran, FREAK.INC, Barely Living Legends, Arse Marks, LSD Riders, Off The Hook, All Balls.

I don't know were you got that the UK had more HG groups than US.

Sorry, I guess it sorta seems like the majority of the active members are European. Outside of BLL and you, there aren't many really active members in the States. Well, other than Chris and I. And, I said EUROPEAN. I mean the groups from Europe (even though the UK isn't even considered a part of Europe). I am speaking on a membership-basis. Not really the group distribution.

Rip/Off, SST included along with some of the other European groups.

He was talking about some sort of HG competition, there are more groups in the US than the in the UK that post. It's just that all of DR post on the forum, same with GOMP, and a couple of there friends.



Even if you add them, plus Asstreme, US still has everyone else beat out right now.

And Rip/Off, and SST, and FhatTV. I'm not speaking solely on a UK basis here. All of Europe. Might as well count PE in there too.

My point was and still is that it is difficult to organize an event like the one described because this is a global community of stuntmen and filmmakers. It makes no difference what continent (which is different from a country) has the most groups in it. People are just too far spread apart, and a lot of the most respected groups don't film anymore. If this was 2 years ago, it may have been a very very slim possibility.

I'm not trying to make this into a dick measuring contest. I'm speaking from a logistical standpoint, there is no argument here.

Well eventually this would be a sick concept. Think of the types of competitions you could have. Mind if I start a new thread on this?
