I'm not arguing that those names aren't unique. But does 'unique' necessarily have to mean 'good'?
And I see the name Dragonforce more like a joke. I don't know if it is, but if they're dead serious with it then they should look themselves in the mirror and realize that Dungeons and Dragons were pop in the 80s and even then only among nerds
I just think a band name should be catchy and easy to say. How are you supposed to chant "V - H - S OR B - E - T - A" before a gig..

Yeah, I'm not arguing. I like the names and I like the bands' tunes too. The uniqueness of the names just add to their appeal for me.
And I really have no idea about anything related to DragonForce, I just know it's a lame name for a band.
Edit - As for the chanting - I've never been to a show where the band's name was chanted before their appearance on stage. I'm thinking my genre's fans just don't do that.

if you go on the wednesday you can also purchase early entry.
or just slip a security guy a tenner and they'll let you in.
apperenlty they were still selling tickets last year on the thursday so I mean if you are willing to get there early.
touts will be charing bout £200-£300
so stay away from them

yeah my g/f went last year on thursday (up in leeds) and managed to get a ticket from the ticket stand near the entrance. she got it for regular price with no other fees.
