put eggs on the ceiling fans in the house.. eggs can bee kept in place using a small amount of blu-tack

thus when they get turned on the eggs should release themselves from the blue tack due to the velocity of the fans, and smash on the floor/walls

change all the stuff in the house and bring 3 actors from the community theater or whatever to play the mom, dad and a son/daughter

let them just live there so she will be in shock that some family lives in her house plus you can film it
