nice, 40 inch? didnt know u could, my mate set up his computer to his 58inch widescreen HD TV, was immense looked great, certain things bit funny.

addicts.. itl only help with editing if your doing alot of editing on a bigger project.. for what your doing ul be fine with one screen..

I got two screens 19" LG and a 17" Samsung

My improved set up.

Out of shot is a oldschool dvcam tape deck that im borrowing off the company im working for atm which is outputing a signal to the new monitor

Dex doesnt sit. he bends over and takes it in the ass from everyone who helped for "Protection" thats how he can afford it.

I just spread my legs and let my balls hang.

Yeh it aint the most comfortable place to weork, but it isnt that bad. It's only temp untill I can afford to move out.

Thought I'd post pic of newish set up whilst I wait for something to export. Bought an HDMI cable today to hook up my tv as an HD monitor along with my broadcast monitor recieving an SDI signal.

The small black boxes under the screens are two SMS-1p sony broadcast speakers I stole from the production company I'm working for, which are plugged into my mac through XLR.

This is where I am basically every hour of the day atm whilst editing this tv series for Living tv. Cant wait to move out end of summer and get a proper desk for this stuff.

I would extremely doubt you would want to sit through the whole show to see the credits! It's called 'Colin Fry Live'. I'm doing the digi layoffs on the 28th and 29th so I would imagine, presuming it pases the QC that it will be aired around the end of august.

Yeh it's a good little setup. Just looks wanky cos I dont have a decent desk.
