I'm like mono, I eat total bullshit (diet consists of eating out for everymeal) but can never gain weight. Seriously I have tried but it dont work, skinny is best anyays.

A lot of guys say this, simply if you are moderately active and you eat a cheeseburger, a mars bar and bits of shit here and there you are not going over your daily allowance, I can guarantee you eat irreguarly so that is why you don't put on any weight. It's still not good for you, men are prone to visceral fat which means you lose muscle mass and replace it with fat around your organs.

Anyway, I am at the end of a bulking cycle now so I stand at 101.6KG / 16 stone / 224 pounds. I will probably get down to 13.5 stone which is 85KG / 189 pounds, as I need to lose the fat gained thoughout the winter from the bulking cycle will be 7 -9% bodyfat at those stats, should take me like 3 - 4 months to see some defined abs

Yeah I was gonna say something about that G, skinny guys that eat a lot of bad fats could actually be in more or as much trouble than chubby guys.

There's only a certain amount of fat that can be stored subcutaneously (under the skin). If these stores reach their capacity the fat is stored elsewhere, as G said, on the linings of the organs which poses the same threats as obesity in terms of organ failure etc.

I don't have a poor diet by any means, I tend to eat pretty healthy. I rarely eat out etc. I just don't have the motivation to stick to a routine eating pattern and commit to regular exercise. maybe one day.

now list me some of these "power foods" I've been hearing so much about.

Yeah, I'm pretty much looking for a lifestyle change in general. I've stopped drinking soft drinks completely, and am running some. But, I'm sure there's a lot more that I can do.

I'm (again) 5'9'' 155 lbs. I'd like to get to 170 in muscle if I can by the end of this summer. And Dex's challenge is the perfect excuse to do it.

I could write up a simple nutritional and training program if you actually want to do this and put a bit of size on, send me a pm if you're keen.

I am starting to notice I have a little pot belly. I use to be proper toned. Six pack and everything. Now I just have this little roll sitting there. Its actually quite embarrassing. My GF laughs but I actually want my toned stomach back.I've not put any weight on, its just all turned to fat on my belly.

dodge?
