Unless you dont give a fuck about being ripped off, you really need to consider watermarking your videos.
You need to watermark them good, otherwise they'll be cropped out or blurred out. Use thick lettering, big font that stretches from just about 1 side to the other. Place the watermark sligthly below the center of the video.
It wont make your video look pretty, watermarks are actually pretty annoying, but its the only thing you can do to combat this problem.
Homegrown groups get stolen from all the time, and usually they dont even know about it. These sites profit from stealing your videos, while you get nothing - not even credit. This problem is only gonna get worse.
Everytime you upload a video to the internet, make sure its watermarked. If the video is really good and potentially viral - I recommend adding a title at the end saying something along the lines of:
Theres no sense in you not protecting your content.
