This is indeed Dutch so no old German shit.. (please we hate being compared to germany.. not that we hate germans but just that it all looks the same for u guys).

This song is like 10 years old back when "happy hardcore" was dope down here. It's actually an old Dutch song everyone knows and this was just a joke to f*ck it up hardcore style haha.. it was awesome back in the days.

The funny thing is I can EXACT the same voice.. have done some performances doing the same song here and there.. good times.
