For some reason my sound just went off 5 mins ago, ive check the speakers they are plugged in and that and ive even tried it with headphones in
can anyone help ??

Control Panel, System, Hardware tab, Device Manager.
Check to see if the sound card is still listed. If it isn't, it might have broken or come loose.
