"life As We Know It"

hey guys! whats new?
So after a bunch of problems with losing filmers and friends and editors to drugs and stuff, I took matters into my own hands and got a laptop and premiere pro and tried to teach myself a bit about editing so I could release the first Hate Intelligence dvd "Life as we know it" I'd been promising myself and a fuckload of local people for too long. The editing is kinda rushed and some of the footage is filler, it may not be all stunts but it tells a story and stuff with funny footage, its not all mega intense tv quality death shit yet but most of the audience is "normals" so they arent desensitized like all of "us". I was wondering if I could send a copy out to someone to review or somethin, thanks guys!

The movie is an hour and 16 minutes, its pretty ghetto being as I learned to edit a couple months ago (aka no menus) but we all gotta start somewhere, and maybe I shouldnt have made a dvd but I wanted to get a little bigger locally so they notice the nowadays shit when im gonna go huge for the laughter and the camera. Yeah I did everything a little ass backwards, im starting to edit a trailer tonight assuming my laptop finds the room. I'll mail it out for free, any true entertainer would be happy to, pm me the mailing info. I haven't gotten any footage online, I have pictures and stuff, check out www.myspace.com/hateintelligencebruce or theres alot more stuff on facebook and a hate intelligence group, just look me up (Bruce pandolfo) if you could be bothered. Best thing to do would be to just put it up on somewhere like yousendit so people here can download it, review it and burn it themselves if they like it, that way you wouldn't have to cover shipping costs and it would only be on the net temporarily so others in your local area can't download it and they would have to buy it.

Thats a good idea, I wanted to put it up on a website or something for free cause what the fuck do I care I mean im broke as shit but I'd rather have MORE people laugh for free than less for money. This is going to sound stupid but I just need to figure out how to put the movie online. Cause I have no fuckin clue (otherwise I'd put videos on my myspace and on websites n shit). Could I just put the dvd into the computer and rip it or somethin and try to put that whole file on?

Couldn't you just save the whole movie as an avi file, compress it to wmv, and upload it to some random server?
