Haha, why would you be proud of that? He didn't man up and defend what we're all doing here.

Should have gone with someone who will fight for what they believe.

I didn't agree with her but I didn't give the answer I wanted. If I woulda fought with her, they woulda never aired the segment, and I knew that. I basically gave an answer saying that I wouldn't ever want to see my freinds in a wheelchair. I never said I would quit doing it and I defended it too.

I wanted to say "So if someone gets injured in football does that mean no one can ever play football" but fuck I was nervous as shit and I didn't want to piss them off.

And a lot of people talk big saying "I would have told her to shut up and shit like that" but you never know until your sitting there. It was fucking nerve racking with all those damn middle-aged mother woman in the crowd with there hands crossed just staring me down. haha So you guys can all say shit but until your sdoing it you have no idea. I'll admit the interview didn't go the way I wanted it, but it was worth it 150% just for my introduction. I wouldn't have cared if they dressed me up in a clown suit and made me cartwheel around stage I would have done it just to have that entrance I got on the show. It was fucking amazing. Woman gasping in the crowd after seeing what I've done. hahaha hell yeah

P.S. "It looked fun and it was so easy to do!"

hahaha I love that line

Oh and another thing that wheelchair guy wasn't even in my segment. He was a different part of the show (he was cool shit). I had a "suprise guest"that was far far far worse than that. Trust me. Wait til you see the shit they pull on me.

What is he gonna say to defend us?

fact is what we do is retarded and were likely to get seriously injured in the end.

the fact we do it is evidence that we understand the risk but enjoy it enough to not care.

anyone know when it airs in england?

Nah I just meant it in the way like the whole safety precautions aspect they don't get, and how people are aware of the consequences. I wasn't trying to dig, just saying could have just had fun and rolled with it. But like you say when you're there it's a different story. :)

What safety? My object is to think of things that will fuck us up?

A few feats that were just to impress with height or distance but most of our stunts and I think our stunts in general are supposed to leave people going "Oh my god, why the fuck did he do that", thats always been my goal.

Peoples idea of getting fucked up versus ours are completly differn't. Most people see as getting a staple in the arm is fucking up your arm, we see it as "pretty cool" because we relize it's not that bad at all.

You still have to relize while we grow more empathetic to the physical harm side and more too the shock value and originality.

I don't want people too turn this into somthing acceptable.

Cops

Pain

Injuries

Humiliation

These are the risks that make filming what we do fun, and the fact most of us could get arrested and put in Juvy for a few years if the police ever got into our stash of tapes Image file not present in the recovered backup

I'm glad Rico said he wouldn't do shit anymore, so people think that some of us give a damn when we really don't these days.

Rico isn't representing Homegrown, homegrown is skits, skating, parties and BMX type shit.

The stuff I enjoy doing and the stuff he represents and the stuff they think he represents is the Extreme Stunts me choose to live our life filming, doing, and enjoying.

Lets stop bitching and just say good job Rico, I wish I could have had the same chance.

Tyra speaks with a 19-year-old who risks his life doing "homegrown" stunts for entertainment and his mother who supports his actions. The mother and son are shaken up when Tyra introduces them to a man whose life and body were shattered by doing similar outrageous stunts.

The object isn't to die, thats the safety aspect, you need to know when is too far. Surely ensuring you don't brutally injure yourself is something that needs to be taken into consideration?

If you are left with scars or blindness or something worse then you don't say "Yeah, that shows how badass that stunt/ jump etc.. was", you think about how you wish you had taken that extra precautions and care..
