As you all might now, our first video was a waste. Especially since we didnt know any other crews and hadnt ran into HGF yet so you know how it went. I am deleting our old videos off our myspace and putting up a mix-up of all of our stunts into 1 short film..pretty much a before and after video. But the after video is our next video, and I would like to say thanks to homegrown and all of its crews and members for showing us we could do more and try harder, and definately becomer stronger. So we are starting fresh in 07' with our next video coming out Feb 1st.

I spent about an hour getting all of our old shit together and decided to add a quick music, nothing amazing. I would like you guys to tell me 1 more time what we could work on and how...not just "Work on editing" tell us what we did wrong and stuff in the future.

and thanks from our crew to yours!

Finally Processed!

Wasn't bad man, heaps better than the old vid you had, especially in terms of editing (with the exception of having the two songs at once, but that can be forgiven). Looking forward to seeing the new and better stuff you guys have to offer.

btw, rolling down hills is much better when you're inside a heap of tyres; see idiot proof trailer 2 for example :)

Ok.
Didn't like the see-saw stunt at the beggining. didn't look like it really even went high enough to do much. The rolling down the hill was really gay. I'm sorry, but rolling down a hill is not even a stunt really. The hiding in the barrel car prank wasn't amazing, but I guess it worked. Fight looked a bit staged. I remember in one of your old videos it looked even worse. There were two songs playing at once at some parts. Why was that? I ended up pausing the video to see if I was playing the song from something else.
I liked the flaming barrel jump too. Especially the first time. The second guy looked like the nicked it, but the first one looked really good.
Kicking a barrel was pretty lame. Also liked the rolling through the fire.

Not too bad, but I hope for better footage soon. ;)

Nathan, Nathan, Nathan, where do I begin? Well, I'll start with the good. This video was a lot better than the older ones (that's not hard to do). It had its definite strong points. The jump off of the roof to the flaming trashcan was good. I hadn't seen that stunt and it looked like it was pretty well thought-out and executed by the first dude (I think that was you?). The fire-roll stunt turned out really well too considering how badly he fucked up his arm and how clearly the letters LFR turned out. A definite improvement on your older 2 vids. Now, for the bad. The flaming trashcan stunt was marred by poor camera work and repetition. The first one turned out well, despite the crappy shot you got of it with the camera. The others were just kind of lame and not nearly as entertaining. They could have been left out. Suggestion to make that stunt go better - actually drop into the trashcans instead of just jumping on them and falling off. It'd look way better. As far as the editing goes - a good improvement from before, but again I'd suggest to either cut out 70% of what was in there or at the very least cut the shots of them a lot shorter. Don't worry about the buildup or reaction to a shitty stunt, it's unimportant and boring. Take the first clip with the dudes racking their nuts - it wasn't that good of a stunt, yet I counted 21 seconds of the video as that. It just wasn't good enough to watch for 21 seconds, cut it down to 3 seconds so that we don't have time to really think about what happened, we'll just think, "Man, dude hurt his nuts". Um, I think that's about it man. It looks really good for what you had before and I think you're definitely heading in the right direction, keep up the good work and try to work on the camera work the most. Better angles and capturing are needed.

Thanks for the advice guys...I just wanted to let you guys know, its not a new video, I just added/deleted all my old shit and put it into a quickie. And we went from having 14 members to 5! so that helps me because people started saying they were in LFR and never showed up, so the 5 of us who live in the same neighborhood and are close friends off and on school. But really its nothing new guys it was stuff I had to fix and take out and its only getting better! thanks greatly for the advice, people really like the fire stuff, but it got us in lots of trouble, so we might just add the few fire clips in our next video and definately on my behalf of doing everything from the stunts, to camera/editing. So its really hard on me and im really doing my best since truely I am my group and I hate it when I dont film, yet I want to be in the whole time! I really would like to show you guys what weve done the past 3 days of filming, and I might release it earlier since weve done alot.

everything you guys say really helps me! and its not a new video seriously almost all the same footage except for the fire part off the roof which dislocated my shooulder because if you see how I landed it scared me, but I got up and finished the day!

Just wait and see what we have, and what we are releasing soon is what weve learned from you guys and all the stuff weve improved on, and I really cant thank you more!!

like I said before all I did was slap together all of our old shit and decided to have that as a before clip, meaning before we ran into homegrown and all that. So hate all you want its not my fault if you didnt see what I posted before.

LMAO

well im just disappointed with the crew, because im the only one that can do everything, If im not holding the camera someone screws up my shot but I have to manage everything while they are there to be sitting around like it doesnt mean anything and it just pisses me off so much I kicked out 10 members and now we have 5 members and Im going to keep doing my best whether they do or not which they probably wont. So you know how I feel when I get bad critisism, but if they were in my position they wouldnt want as much.

Yeah people enjoy our old shit and stuff especially people in our area, and were known for that but when the crew doesnt try hard or even want to do it, I have to do it harder and im not giving up so keep talking all you want, just wait I will do it if I have to do it alone!
