Watching this mike strutter clip, the guy that did Dennis Pennis and Pete Tong. Anyway, watching a deleted scene and it's him taking the piss out the LSD riders clip, there's anyother HG scene in another clip aswell.

Anyways, that sucked, he's about as funny as Yucko the clown..... seems to rely on cussing to be funny.
The footage speaks for itself too, shame.

I'm with Baz on this, the clips are good, but the dude himself is pretty annoying. He puts on a lame accent and just cusses to make what he says seem funny. I dunno, I just sort of would rather him not be in it to narrate.

That Mike Strutter's voice spoils it, maybe if he thought of a few snappy, FUNNY comments, it would be much better and less annoying. :S
Still sticking with my Yucko statement, haha.

The voice is what makes it. Ahhh maybe it's a marmite thing. I think he's great, I love most of his characters, Denis Pennis is by far the best, but Strutter is still great.

If he was gonna rip off a cartoon character... why not Tom and Jerry??.... you know.... not speaking at all??

The voice is meant to be totally irritating. His actual voice is normal english. He brought up the annoying voice to really fuck off the celebs WHILE he was totally wrecking the shit out of them.

The voice is great, it isn't his real voice, it adds to the character.

Hmm, if thats his gig, maybe he should look at Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, he was actually funny, and could think of comebacks on the spot if a celeb said anything.
Also like Clarance from Wonder Showzen.

Paul Kaye is really sucessful, two films, granted one was shit but still. Pete Tong was brilliant. He's been doing it for years and is widely recognised as a great comedian. If it's not your kind of comedy, doesn't make him not funny. He's great at what he does, that's why he has the MTV show at the moment. How can you not watch the clown clip and not find it funny?! It's brilliant
