Due to legal reasons we're going to be referring to ourselves as GOMP rather than Glass-of-Milk Productions.

They are still both the same thing, but the official name is GOMP now. :)

Basically there's already somecompany or something on the internet called Glass of Milk Productions. We're working on releasing a DVD with the hope of making some profit so we figured it would be easier now to change the name just to GOMP instead of the whole thing.

Not changing what GOMP means, just changing the group name to GOMP.

What's funny about that? surely it is a legal reason being that one already exists?

We'll always be Glass-of-Milk Productions in the HG community, but to other audiences like any fan base we can create will see us as GOMP.

Thus, maintaining the group name, but covering our asses when release time comes.

And no, we're not changing the name of the group, just referring to ourselves as GOMP. But people in HG will always know what it stands for. :)
