hey, I wanna make a website.. but I dont know how too..
I dont wanna use a template or anything like that..
I wanna make one from scratch.. how do I gfo about it..
any programs I need or anything like that?
or could I pay some one to make me a site or somthing like that..

If your doing Pictures and such www.piczo.com is like wow easy.... otherwise like Skipper said... Dreamweavers also easy
