Can someone get juivinall hall time for vandalism. Or is it just fine/community service?

it all depends on what you do like chris said, and your criminal background, one time I commited 18 felonies (sean knows this story) and all I got was 6 months probation because I had a clean slate, but I was lucky I was 16 or else I would have done 3 years.

They painted on like 8 diffrerent walls around town. I dont think thats juvie worthy.

I ripped off some porn sites with a closed checking account (have no idea how it went through) and the company pressed charges because they didn't get any money. don't fall for those 3 day trial bits, they never cancelled, so it ended up charging over 200 bucks to some non exsistant account. stupid me didn't use a proxy but fake names/addresses, so a few months later I had a detective breathing down my neck. I got tired of it and confessed, had 18 counts of theft, identity theft and computer fraud. I was like 15, going on 16 at the time. so yeah, I was a retarded perverted teen.

I know your a cop but he could get alot of different things.
maybe if he were over 18 it jsut be jail or fines. but theres tons of diversion and first offender programs, judges do wierd things and send you to drugtests and programs, even ones u dont need, and order drugtests, give you the option of bootcamp and clean slates n shit. it all depends.

then agian hes a cop not a judge or lawyer and I live in florida so maybe shits different but yeah.

When I was in my old crew, we tagged up the bmx club canteen (which was only built a week before we fucked it up) and done a few tags at the race tracks..
It made front page of the local newspaper and shit.. but they couldnt prove it was actually us..

But if they did, we were only going to get records for "malitious damage and vandalism" and public service..

I dont think you should worry, there could be fines and/ or public service..
but if its your first offence I dont think you'll get Juvie, depends on laws in your area, and your criminal history..
but then again, I dont know much about legal issues, im just talking out of experience..
