Yeah dude, that shit's pretty annoying. But they did seem to encourage the bum to act like an idiot. Granted he is one, but they seemed to instigate his actions there. I feel bad for him, he needs help, not people making his situation worse by fucking with him. The dude's annoying and clearly an asshole, but it's because he's mentally unstable, not because he's actually like that.

Edit- I don't actually "know" he has something fucked up in the head, but it seems like he does or he wouldn't act like that. As long as people are willing to fuck with them and not help them, they'll be there pissing people off.
