Holy shit, what a stupid ass. How do you not use the brake or stall it somehow? If he didn't know how to drive stick, how did it take off without stalling in the first place unless he was giving it a little gas in the first place. Maybe the new sticks are different from the ones I drive, but it'd be pretty hard to fuck up like that.

He most likely panicked, combine that with inexperience and you got some disasters happening.

Hahaha, could be better if the cameraman.. but LOL

Yeah, but I mean, just how the kid was able to get the car into gear without stalling it and then to keep the car going long enough for him successfully drive through his garage. I mean, I just figure the car would stall and stop, to put that much gas on it and not stall it would require him to fuck with the clutch somehow to get it into gear without it stalling. I don't know, maybe it's different from what I drive. It took me a while to learn to drive stick and if it were that easy, I'd have been able to learn a lot quicker.

I believe that cars with substantial amounts of torque don't stall very easy, plus most modern cars are designed to be hard to stall so n00bs can operate them without rolling back every 5 seconds

LOL that is stupid.

Got it, I wish I had a car that taught me to drive stick 3 years ago. I wouldn't have killed that dude.

Haha what a fuck-up. Although why did the kid have the keys, stupid rich father.

Such a waste.

I remember seeing this last week, how is that possible to do?
09 November 2006, 09:51 UTC#14
Wow.
I did a similar thing, not really but kinda. I was reversing (this was before I had a license) with a stick car. My dad sitting next to me... I was taking it real easy witht he clutch just rolling the car and then I gave it a little gas

then some more... then released the pedal.... it was going to fast so I went for the brake but hit the gas again

*WROOOOOM* but no harm done.. my father was pulling the handbrake as hard as he could

lol
So yeah I can see that happening... so its really the fathers fault to let the little kid drive his 50k mustang. What was he thinking?
