Check out the quality of this Amsterdam web cam, It's almost like looking out of a window and this one even includes sound. (up to 918k stream)

The tilde is parsed by an Apache server as a username, ~dick means the account on the server belongs to dick.

hahah I had some fun times with this.. when we first saw it we wanted to fuck around with it so we went to amsterdam, asked for the puma store and 3 of us mooned in front of it and a mate at home took a screenie might still have it somewhere..
