Can anyone give some advise on how to compress an adobe video file? And where to.

What the hell is an adobe video file?

You mean a video you've rendered from premiere or something? in mpg, wmv??

I use Windows Media Encoder to compress my video files.

It's straight-forward, relitavely quick, and FREE.

If it's not on your pc already, you can download it here- 'Click.'

I know another popular encoder is DivX, but I don't personally use it, as WME does the job for me.
