Anyone Have A Transparent Rec Picture?

Hey Im editing a skit does anyone have a transparent slide or picture I can put over a video clip to give it the look as if your looking through a viewfinder with the "REC" button in the corner and a red light with the parameter around the screen. I knwo there are things like that out there, where can I get one? If anyone knows I really need it. Thanks a bunch

Make one?

Make a nice blue frame.

Add white border things and the word REC in red.

Then just do chroma key?
