its a place for the original hg scenes legends and fans in other groups too keep in touch with everyone they've gotten to know over the years and share what projects ect they have moved onto. ie full lenth DVDs, and its a hell of alot of work to be put into one if you want to have a good one that isnt filler most of the time.

no one heres tryin to be jackass, most groups here have adapted there own styles and stunts but after awhile like anything you cant keep repeating yourself for years. you need doors to open so you can move on. and thats what No Mercy are doing...there still doing the same stuff and even different stuff just not for the internet no more, for TV and they have done so much that I think its a good idea for any hg group to get a deal if any come there way.

First off not to be a dickhead, or anything but I don't think someone should be constantly bashed because of gramatical errors. They've got their own lives to live wether it be to get their show on the air, work on a game, ect. I go to school with Marc, I film with marc, I've known him for about two years now and his goal in this topic was not to draw attention to BFD, or look like an asshole. The grammar is something that he has fucked up enough for it to be noticed so of course people are going to mention it when they reply. You act like it's all we were bitching about.

Now we are not "jumping" on his ass for his opinion, I more than anybody respect someone's right to an opinion, but you can't come on a forum and bash groups and people that WE respect and expect not to get a negative opinion back. We have been filming dumb stuff since 1996...we have seen tons of our clips stolen by tv shows. So when we get a chance to take all the stuff we have been doing and show it to a much larger audiance, were fucking stupid for doing so?

Im 23, I have firmly decided that I cannot have a normal job, belive me, ive tried. I worked in a paper mill, ive worked in a shipping dept, ive been a videogame tester, I tried to live of of pro wrestling, ive tired many a thing.....the only thing that makes me happy, that I could see myself do for a living, is these videos, I love editing video, I love promoting like a mother fucker for all these things we film.

Im comming to a major point in my life where its time to find a job and make a carrer out of it.

My father hates his job, when he comes home, he is so bitter about it, that he turned to drinking, which my mom did as well, so they now hate each other.....so, my dad hates most his life....He doesnt live with us anymore, but when I do hang out with him, all he can do is bitch how much his life sucks....

Do I want that? Is that what I want to be?

So I have found something, that I love, and that after many a years of hard work, We have something worth showing. We did it, and were damn happy about it.

I have no idea about your background, but I have car bills, cable bills, phone bills, ect. Sadly, in this world, money is a neccesaty to live, so I keep working the jobs I despise, so that I may have a place to come home to, so I can take my girlfriend out, and so that I may have the money to buy our dv tapes, the upgrades to my computer, and all the other shit we need to make me happy.

I work from 1pm to 10pm, spend time with the gf, then from midnight to 5 am, im doing something for no mercy video.

So....chances are good now that we are getting a show...does that mean I finally get a fucking break? Does that mean I can now do the performing and now the world gets to see what we are cappable of?

You mentioned before that we are sell outs....lets go through the list of why you might think that?

1. We might be getting a show
Ive talked about this a bunch in the paragraphs above...however, This show will also give us the chance to help out our fellow homegrown friends in the process, give them some spotlight to show their talents and drive more viewers to their websites.

2.We have a videogame in the works
This is true...being a playable character in a videogame is one of my life goals.....guess who is making this game?

Me......thats it....little ole me....If teaching myself coding and all this = selling out...then shit...this world is a crazy place.

3. Our shit appearing on tv.
Oh no we make money so we must be selling out.
Here is the truth to our tv appearances,
A. most of em are stolen, they take clips from other websites and air them without consent, so not only do we not get any money, but no promotion.

or

B. We sell the license to our clips, we have a sliding scale for our clips, the more promotion we get, the less we charge for the clip. Most shows legally cannot say your website. Usually the best you can get is your name on the credits.


3. We save lots of footage for a dvd release
Want to know how much footage we have saved? ...maybe 5 minutes worth? We have a skit where charles gets beer bottle thrown at the beer bottles tapped to his back....why is it saved? lighting kinda sucks...never really wanted to release it. The other being the fight we had at the jackass rockshow, and thats for legal reasons.

You claim to know the homegrown scene, A scene I was involved with well before there was a name for it.

You claim we are overrated, thats a matter of opinion, All I know is we have alot of fans and new ones contacting us all the time, every day I get messages saying "how much we rock" and all these other nice reminders that people enjoy what we do.....every now and then we get messages from 12 year olds saying how they busted a lightube over thier friends head and screamed no mercy after it....which is a cause for concern.....but thats another issue.

It seems you fear that if our success keeps going that we may start acting shit out ala viva la bam. I can assure you that we will always stick to our roots.

Some here know that we had a dvd set to go with XEG, we would have made a good amount of money from it, had out dvd in stores all over the place and who knows what else, but we cancelled the deal because they wanted to put a bunch of naked chicks in the dvd. We turned down the money and publicity to stick to our roots.

Boredom-Induced just released there what? 3rd season DVD, all of which can be seen for free on there site. Fat Videos just finnished there DVD after posting more videos in a small time frame (that were actually bad ass) then any group I can recall (new videos at that).

Sabatoge is re-mixing there first DVD which is gonna be the shit obviously, Evil Webby is currently editing his DVD and has sold half his collection of DVDs just to fucking fix his cam so he can upload the rest of his footage.

Weak has gone and helped quite a few groups the past week get some seriouse bank for there clips and he is getting none of the cash and why does he do it, goodness of his fucking heart.

Second, you need to learn what it means to speak. What this means is when you say something and you are confronted over what you ALREADY said, you cannot change that which was said.
