Apparently, the chick that instigated the fight wants to sue us!
She found my myspace and all the pictures and is sueing us!

This was in my myspace inbox today....

The easiest way for her to find out who you are is to do a whois look up on your domain.

If your info can be found there, you need to change it ASAP. The best to do this is:

If youre on godaddy, make a new account using fake information, or the information of someone other than yourself.

Transfer your domain to this account throught he 'account change' option.

The whois info will be changed relatively quickly.

At the very least, that will buy you sometime.

Aside from the assault portion, which I am under the impression you were not part of, there is nothing criminal thus my knowledge wont really help. The using the likeness is a civil issue and handled in civil courts and that is not an area of my expertise.

The courts can subpoena your footage of the fight for prosecution of an assault case if need be.

It is odd that the person would contact you, being most lawyers tell you that once you start legal action all communication should be done by the lawyer alone... which leads me to believe that this is a bluff, although I have seen people do dumber things

Sounds like she has no fucking clue. For a start if you're gonna sue someone 1) you don't tell them through myspace and 2) you don't call them niggers regardless of their race.

I think you need to tell her that you have video evidence of her assaulting someone else (I'm not sure what's in the video but did she throw the first punch?) and if she keeps harrassing you then you're off to the police station with it.

Now there's such a story behind this video it makes me want to see it even more.
