I guess I'll be the one to spoil it.
The woman is prechosen, of coure. Notice how he has to help lay he down. This helps show this is 2 people. I first woman (the one on the top) was on TV before. She was born with no legs. The legs are owned by a catortionist. She bends her body over backwards, and grabs onto her ankles. Reasoning why she wears a dress. The legless lady goes onb top, and, thats pretty much it.
