Thats a shame, he was cool.
He couldn't die from snake poison or getting his hea bitten off by and alligator. No hes killed by a damn stingray!

He was a cool guy. Seemed like one of those people who didnt have a single bad bone in their body. Hopefully his family dont watch the footage.

Funk and Wilbur need to just step back and realise how stupid their comments were.

There's a man, whos done more for his country than they will ever do, yes he was a bit annoying and such at times but he loved what he did, and he influenced so many people as well as promoting Australia.

That's one damn good guy in my book, and he'll be missed.

I was reading the BBC news article: this is only the second ever documented fatality from a stingray attack. The first was back in 1945.

Steve probably went out there thinking "what are the chances?".

The rest is history. Like Steve.

It hardly comes as a shock that he finally got killed, what with all the dangerous things he did. Filming dangerous things was just a stupid thing to do... hmm..
