Homegrown Tv

Im thinking of making a Youtube account called "HomegrownTV" with always a link to : http://homegrownforums.com.


And start uploading footage, trailers and teasers from groups here, to promote their groups and our forum, should be good to start with that "forum mixtape" that we were talking about weeks ago.


it sounds like a good idea, we need a logo for the director account. so what u think?

We have like two youtube accounts for HGF already.... no one really knows about them but this is definately a good idea.

I was saearching youtube yesterday for DR's Generate Damage trailer to watch it again and it looks like some other random has uploaded it too, along with a few other HG videos.... anyone from here?
Didn't think it was a big deal so whatever.

Just add lots of tags to the videos and once people know about it.... should be good.
Most people already have their stuff on youtube so they can just add them, but I guess watermarking the videos would be a good idea?

The thing is the reason other groups don't find this place is because they don't call the idea of 'filming', homegrown. Its such a random word for what we do. lol

Would be easier for people to just join the group and add them themselves, with the watermark of course.
As for the watermark.... their website would obviously be fair, homegrownforums.com everywhere though, haha.

I added a few more tags and a better description to my HGF Teaser, gonna add Jackass and stuff I think.

If we make a group, its not going to work that good. Its better with a single director account, we need to unite, thats what I meant. Ill keep everybody updated about comments in the videos, friends request, views , links.

I need an image for the director account logo, and people start submitting their videos, with a nice watermark (like DR video on efukt) in it. And a link to homegrownforums.com at the end of it.

Well, what I'm doing right now is showing people my favorite things... for example, the other day, I visited my favorite artist's house and filmed all her work so I could promote her, and I told people about my favorite music artist in another video, but in order to promote homegrown (which is my favorite forum), I'd like to promote it as a whole, rather than just the groups. I don't want any groups thinking I'm playing favorites in any way.

So if everyone can give just a little bit into the promo, then I'll be able to promote everyone better.

I've seen some great HG promos out, does anyone have an updated one?

EDIT: I'd rather see someone else edit the promo with better editing skills than myself.

Im still having the account, and im still going to upload videos. If you want to make an intro for the HGF Promo , that will be good Safety. If others groups want to give him promos and shit, do it. But do the same for the HomegrownTV account.

I just want 1 video to promote homegrown and all it's groups. So no individual videos... just one. It will get anywhere between 20,000 to 60,000 hits within the first 2 days (that's my average per video).

Also, after promos and shit, if someone has any shock footage (like Sean always ask), please submit it. That kind of clips have more views that a normal one. Granted.

Make sure all the videos you're giving have WATERMARKS.
