The Ruins - entertaining enough to make me not regret the hour and half I spent watching it. It got really shitty reviews but I dont think its as bad as people are making it out to be.

Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind - turned off 30 minutes into it. I cant stand the guy playing the main character.

Die Hard 4 - blah.... the pg13 rating says it all

Wilderness and Stephen King's IT

Wilderness was a first for me and I thought it was alright. It could have been a little more intense but it was still very enjoyable

Manos - the hands of fate, seriously one of the most incompetent examples of filmmaking ever made, It makes HG camerawork look o par with Raimi, etc. It really is so bad it's good, especially with the mystery science theater 3000 guys tearing it to shreds.

OI is Abyss the movie where a bunch of people start hallucinating in some underwater research facility? I can't remember much of it because I must have been around 10 when I last saw it but there was this one scene where this guy was walking on the seabed and suddenly he got surrounded by millions of jellyfish.. Is this the same movie?

In a sense yeah. Been a long ass time since I've seen it. Just got done watching it though. Really good movie. You should watch it again. Long as fuck though.

Basic synopsis is that humans treat each other like shit. When it comes time something will put our fucked up world back in line.

See for yourself. I totally didn't get what I'd hoped for.

Jack Black and Downey Jr are the best things in the film.

EDIT: Tom Cruise too, the ending is the best bit.

Nah just the same shitty cam version.

The film is more made as a satire of actors in general which is something I don't really care about.

But yeah give it a go and see.

The ending?!?!? Thats the most un funny shit in the movie.

I loved the first half of the film, didn't care much for the second half.

From my point of view it was the best, which I suppose illustrates how much I didn't enjoy it.

The mist - Kinda alright up until the ending, I was hoping they'd remain faithful to the novella and didn't really like the whole "Twist" (As tradmarked by M. night shymalan) ending.
Also watched Bowfinger, which is an absolute classic, and Bill and Teds excellent adventure... Slow day at work.

Cloverfield - still awesome and one of the best movies to come out in the last few years.

Warrior King - second outing from Tony Jaa, best known as the human Terminator from Ong Bak. I actually liked this movie a lot more than Ong Bak; which really is saying something. The fight scenes were a lot longer and far more brutal (including one scene where Jaa effortlessly breaks numerous bones in about 50 guys). Also worth noting for the 7-odd minute fight scene up a spiral staircase without a single camera cut: some very impressive choreography. Highly recommended to anyone who fancies a no-brains martial arts flick.

V for vendetta in HD DOOVDE.

Pretty good, some large plot holes and pretty predictable, but an enjoyable brainless watch.
