I just did

Crank 2. Fucking brilliant.

Currently watching The Grudge, seen it before, but hardly rememeber anything. The first twenty minutes were great, elegant, but effective, scares. Also it seems to be interesting beginning fora pretty obivius plot, all in all its off to be a great horror flick...

...but just twenty minutes in to the movie you see the evil entity as cgi shadow and it ruins the whole movie. When do they lear the jaws effect: when you see the bad guy, all is lost.

Observe and Report.

Wasn't anything great. A couple of cheap laughs and that's about it.

I watched Rush Hour 3 with school in the cinema when it came out, but I was so fucking stoned I couldn't manage to remember shit. Watched 30 minutes of it at a friends place yesterday, could'nt recall one single moment.

I'm watching Godzilla. S'well good.

I dunno really. I actually think that the American Grudge (I reckon that's the one you're talking about) is one of the better made remakes. I think the Japanese version even loses at points to the American version, because the CGIs in the Jap one are pretty rough at points and the make-up of the ghost mom and the ghost son is much more authentic in the American version. And yes, I commented on the make-up of a motion picture..

But opinions are like assholes, everyone wants to fuck one.

It could be one of the better remakes (Ring was awesome though), but that one scene pretty much ruined it. About 23 minutes in.

There was lots of cools ways to build up tensinon in the movie, like the sound of kid running but on screen you can just see Pulman crawling away. So it seems that diretor knows how to do horror flicks, but still made the fundamental mistake: showing the Evil in such a early state of the movie. Takes out the "mystery" and makes it less threathning.

Watching Cast Away now.

Makes me wanna get into Lost.

Damn I haven't seen Cast Away in years... kind of wanna watch it now.

Sukiyaki Western Django, watched it the day before yesterday and yesterday.

Pretty great, Quentin Tarantino plays a part.

Really fucking entertaining, really focused on making the acting real cheesy but the script and action scenes make up for it.

Deff check it out, liked it better than second time than the first.

Ah yeah, wanted to see that for ages. I actually covered a press conference for the movie in Japan, Tarantino was there. Lots of fun.

Should have asked Quentin Tarantino how much money he saves on acting in his own movies.

I concur, I've randomly stumbled upon it twice now on Canal+ and I've watched it both times. It falls into the category of feel-good movies, at least for me. And I got a serious Paz Vega crush after watching that movie.

Saw "I Love You, Man" First half was funny. Then it just dragged out like the writers changed or something.

I fucking HATED Knowing. It was going good until that completely separate storyline of Aliens wanting to salvage parts of the earth happened.
