I went too see this last night, after reading mixed reviews, critics seemed to think it was a stupid, mindless comedy with next to no laughs and half the reviews on IMDB agreed with that. But half said, if you liked Napoleon Dynamite, slap stick humor and immature laughs...go see this film! So thats what I did!

I turned up at the cinema with mixed opinions and not so high expectations. I was also pretty drunk which I thin may have helped in my enjoyment of it. haha.

I found some parts hilairious, I was actually crying with laughter in soem parts, granted it was senceless, immature humor, but not all films have to be deep with hidden meanings. If a comedy makes you laugh, it's done it's job.

It did feel alot like Nepoleon Dynamite in places due to sharing directors, which personally I think is over rated altho does have some good moments.

The fight scenes were over the top funny, and it in generall is filled with childish humor.

The only problem I found is that some of the dialoug was hard to nderstand due to the 'mexican' accents used in the film, but this was overshadowed by some great lines and great facial expressions and movements from jack black.

yeah, I doubt this film will entertain alot of people and like I said I was pretty drunk, but my freind who was sober laughed alot too and said it exceeded his expectaions, so if you want a bit of a stupid film too see...see Nacho Libre....after a few pints...that could help. :D

Sorry for the length of this, just started writing and couldnt stop.

haha spose...

but with films like this, and Napolean Dynamite, I reckon you could buy a video camera, and get a crew of retards together, and just film them..

..that cant cost any more than like...£200 - £300

Well they obviosuly do. Napoleon dynamit was like $400,000...tht's a low budget film.

You gatta pay to rent out locations, pay all the crew, pay post production crew, pay for promotion of the film and pay stars ect

So stop talking out ya arse. lol
