Total disappointment.

They fucking used fight clips jacked straight from the internet...no joke.

It's hard to believe this was made by the same people. There was almost no bum footage. No bling bling, Rufus, or Donny.

It was almost all filler. There was a few decent clips, but nothing like the other bumfights videos where they were loaded with killer content.

The editing was shit and the music was awful.

There was a fucking ton of stunts and 'jackass' footage and it got old really quick. A lot of it was really weak. It was cool to see Webby and PE, but this DVD was less Ruckus and more homegrown.

The opening titles say "Bring The Ruckus"....not "Return of Ruckus". It's really apparent this was just a half ass DVD looking to cash in on left over footage.

I'm saying all this in comparison tot he previous Bumfights videos, which were absolutely awesome. This is a pile of shit compared to them.

But as far general homegrown videos go...it was alright. Worth the money if you're a fan. It's still very watchable and it does have a few outrageous scenes that keep the video going. But god damn....in comparison to other videos....it's hard to believe it actually bares the same name.

Rushed? Nah...I wouldnt say it was rushed. It's been 2 years since Bumfights 3, and they've been planning on making a 4th from all the way back then.

I think they just got really lazy. It says it was edited by the same guy who did 3 but it sure as fuck doesn't look like it.

And again....they used fight clips taken from the internet. I'm talking about clips that have been around since before Bumfights 1 came out man. The quality on them was shit....it's like what the fuck were they thinking? I guess they were that desperate for fight footage...

And yeah they used some of LSD riders stuff but I dont think that much. Either LSD Riders didnt send them that shit where the guy stabs his hand and shit or Bumfights just didnt use it. There was a lot of your stuff though Webby. Your face is all over the place in that vid. Even the scream girl has short bit in it.

Also...there was no Rufus, Donny, or Bling. In fact...for some reason they blurred Rufus's face on a Bumfights sticker. I guess they lost the release forms or some shit.

In 2 and 3 they made an effort to keep the Bum theme alive...like with Bum Patrol and the clip where the Bum beats the fuck out of that PT Cruiser. In this one there was none of that. There was 1 good clip of a bum walking around naked starting shit with another dude...that was about it.

As for ripping it...no...dont even ask me to do that on a public forum...

I read somewhere they agreed to not show Rufus in anymore videos.

well rushed as in the production editing, I know I take a very long time to edit somthing because I want the production to turn out as good as I can make it, and as it says its the same guy who edited 3 then im shocked that it looks shit because his editing was really good, as for downloading fights off the net...is that legal? and who the fuck would do that? it looks like shit as you'v comfirmed. but come on all BF had to do was ask fight sites for raw footage, fuck they should of asked NMV for more stunt footage but they never re contacted people, they just waited for people to send them stuff. which is a big shame because they could of gone out BIG with this one. geuss even them filming wasnt on there to do lists. ah well, is it a good ruckus video? seeing as its mostly homegrown.

LSD said they would sell 10min of footage and have a promo at the end, is that promo there at all?

I sent them footage like 2 years ago, I cant remember what footage they have but if theres alot of me that you reconise then im geussing theres alot of other footage from the other members of retardz as you wouldnt reconise them and know about the unseen shit we have. so thats a good thing.

all the Rufus,Bling,Donnie footage ended up in BF3, there wasnt even ment to make a 4th BF. the last one was ment to be 3...the reason why they went out big, but then they was planning 4 to be a best of dvd...
geuss they A, wanted to make more money off the name, or B, lost the rights to show the footage again re-edited.

im pissed this dvd has turned out shit as im a big bumfights fan....fuck.

nah was using it as promotion, and braging rights, and to be part of a cult dvd, but thats prob the reason im pissed that this one sucks. ah well, I half expected it. again..I dont do this for the money I just wanted people to see our stuff

this is webby, I emailed the guy at bumfights and asked about the downloading fights off the net and he said 'we did not' so there you have it, everything cleared up now. oh also that they are making Bumfightsfive!

When someone submits content to a website, it's often in the TOS that all submitted content becomes their property.

A lot of time people submit conten that isn't theirs.

Fight websites are loaded with fight videos that are now their property because they were submitted. Because they now own these web videos, they have the right to license them to other people.

BF's could have easily licensed the web videos this way.

I'm telling you right now there are a dozen fights in BF4 that have been floating around on Limewire for years. In some scenes...the quality of the fight clips is so bad that rather than enlarging the video to 720x480 and making the quality even worse...they left the video at web video resolution and just put a border around it.

You'll see what I mean when you watch it.

oh fuck that sucks, so if someone submitted say a weaksister clip to break and then break submitted it to bumfights it would be legal to use in a dvd?

For clarification - the original creator of the video file still maintains their own copyrights on the footage - but for submitting it to said distribution agents/websites, they pass property rights to them, and they have the right to redistribute it.

Not sure about anyone else, but I didn't get that out of your explanation WEAK. Not to say its not obvious, or that you didn't know that - just thought I would add it.

It wouldnt be legal, but Break and Bumfights have limited liability. In their TOS's, it often says that if you submit content you dont own, you're the one soley liable for all potential lawsuits. They record IP's for that.

So if I was to open a lawsuit against Break.com for licensing my content without my consent, they would give me the IP of the person who submitted it and I'd have to take my case against them.

The whole thing is bullshit though and they would most likely give me a phony IP.

In the end.....I would say I would have a pretty good case against Break...they can only limit their liability by so much. If you have the money...you could most likely successfully sue them. It's a risk they take because they can afford it.

I'd say a few minutes of web clips were in there, and yep that fight was in there haha.
