Police have arrested around 18 people in the London and Thames Valley areas. They are described as "British-born" and were held as part of an operation which has been ongoing for several months.

Im kinda worried cause my dads flying from Heathrow today :mellow:

Aparently the security at the aerports is the highest it has ever been - I mean apparently people have to drink baby milk infront of the security guards as to prove it isnt a danger, and nothing appart from passports are being allowed on board. This is scary shit :sad:

yeah I read this apparently 21 people were arrested overnight in London and the terror suspects were believed to be planning to blow up as many as nine planes in a simultaneous attack.

I fucking hate these people .... I really do hope thats the us army and british army just go and blow the cunts up (if the americans dont kill us).

I dont have a problem with muslims.. I have a problem with terrorists... and no offense to everyone whose parents friedns or families are flying.. but it woudlnt hurt the world to go through some traged.. maybe it would have its desired effects on you bris\ts,.. bringing you down from your high horse... cause god knows it didnt work for us..just made our heads bigger

perhaps it would teach our nations to be a bit more level headed.. slightly less dickish to the rest of the world.. I mean dont get me wrong.. I would morne for the dead... and hate that it happened.. but sometimes the best things in the end hurt at 1st

IMO I couldn't wish death upon anyone who is innocent. I mean if this went ahead what would it teach me about myself? Hmm to hate other countries and people more...seems like this terror attack that was expected to put 9/11 to shame and kill thousands wouldn't be for the best on my par.

9/11 was a set up... and all 21 actual terrorists were probably white ... they'll just place 21 arabs in their place... and I have no problem with getting even for the attacks.. I just think its odd how everything is placed on al queda and muslums.. when in all actuallity most successfull and non-sucessfull terrorists are white males... OK city bombing.. shoe bomber.. unibomber.. ect ect

are you for real? us "brits" aren't exactly snobby stuck up fucks like the americans are. no innocent person deserves to die in terrorist attacks. the people who plot to commit these crimes should all be executed simple as. britain has already had the london bombings, it just makes people be more suspicious of muslims and all that sorta stuff now. if muslims actually think doing this sorta shit is gonna get them respect then theyre wrong. its just gonna make people hate them more, and this is coming from someone who is extremely anti american.

I understand your approach. It's right that people just blame that certain ethnic group which isn't cool at all but if these are found guilty maybe you will learn a lesson today.

If you are talking about richard ried the shoe bomber...he wasn't white? Most terrorists lately in the last few years are of middle eastern decent.

And wht the hell...it would have been good in a way for this to happen? Your an idiot. If your saying it would have made us think about who we are attacking and made us lesss hostel towards other countries, it would have doen the exact opposite. And thousands of innocent people would have died.

a terrorist attack won't make countries more level headed it'd actually make them more hostile...
just say if you were walking around like hot shit and some guy punched you in the head...would you go "oh that guy taught me a lesson, I shouldn't be so big headed" or will you think "that guy is a cunt I'm going to smash him now"

Shocker, what the fuck are you on? All terrorism does is enforce hate towards nationalities the terrorists represent.

I'm pretty pissed, I'm due to fly to Spain today and if I have to wait in a queue for like 3 hours I'm gonna kick a few shins.

I know that, im just saying that terrorists these days are not white. I know it's a bit of a generilization but they are of middle eastern decent. British citizens or not, these 21 people who were arrested will mainly be if not all be of middle eastern decent.

It takes the piss how we let them settle in our country, house them, support them and then they try and blow us up. I know it's a small proportion of the people who come to live here, but it's hard not to feel uncomfortable about it ya know?

I think you will be good man. My girlfreidn flew to spain yesterday and she got away in the end, just delayed. I think depending on who you are flying with you will be good. Just remmber too taste your bottle of milk before you get on the plane.

I was flying the day this happened...when my backpack went through the scanner they all huddled around and were trying to figure out what my camera was. Then they took it out of the backpack and scanned it by itself to see what was inside it haha.

I had a flight earlier. They didn't like the way I was dressed (I guess I looked suspicous) and they kept on scanning me then they made me stripe down with most of my clothes, boots and accesories and they scanned all of them. Also took them twice as long to check my belonings.
