Good job on not letting Moody get away with this so easily. Dont stop calling. Dont stop emailing. Moody is legally binded to pay you what you're owed. He breached his own contract and you all could sue him for it in small claims court - no lawyer needed and you can sue for up to 5k. Court fees are minimal. Sucks only a few Americans were involved as it would be really easy to take him to small claims court over this...
