On Friday morning around 6am my time...

My friend Muck Sticky (comedian from Tennessee) called me and said his myspace profile was deleted. So I woke up, went on my computer, and sure enough... it was!

It said "The profile has been removed by the user".

Then was found out Tom's profile was gone, along with every other major profile.

So I made this video pretending to be a sad emo, but because I couldn't get back onto myspace.. I couldn't finish the skit... so I just did some commentary at the end instead.

Here

The video I made is still causing quite a bit of discussion on myspace, because people are beginning to realize that myspace has become more than just a website.. it's one of the most powerful tool ever created for underground musicians, film makers, comedians, actors, and artists to connect with people.

....

So what do you think would happen to the people who rely on myspace for fans and marketing?

I don't think YOUR video sparked it, that discussion has been going on since myspace got addicting for 12 year olds, sex predators, and people who whore themselves to be the king of myspace.. that's when it wasn't just a website.

people have been upset over how myspace is doing, even after tom saying there was a lighting strike and it fucked up the servers. people don't understand, they want it all fixed right then.

they didn't really get deleted btw.

Yeah, I know I wasn't the first to bring it up.. I meant to say, I just caused more people to talk about it again (mostly amongst my fans).

I put it this way.. The majority of us (here on HGF) have a myspace and through our myspaces, we have a better chance to sell more videos and get more exposure. If it wasn't for myspace, I wouldn't have as many fans, I wouldn't have made as many business contacts, and I wouldn't have met as many cool people (like everyone in the HGF). I know we're already doing this, but I think we should keep an eye out for every new similar website that comes up, that way we can all have something to fall back on, just in case (because myspacers are going to be looking for new places..

For example:
www.YouTube.com
www.Vidilife.com
www.Yashi.com
www.motiontv.com
www.ifilm.com
www.newgrounds.com (videos in .swf)

Pretty mediocre, except for the "tears of black" and drawing on your face, that was hilarious.

But then I guess that was the whole joke :P

tell us how you get sponsored safety, golden palace is making you rich.

Well.. they're not making me rich.. they're just paying my bills for me so I can do more stunts and videos.

If anyone wants to get sponsored by GoldenPalace.com... it's actually not very hard to do. You just need to come up with an origional stunt and contact them about doing it and if they like the idea, they'll send you shirts to wear and some cash.

If you want to know how I got into GoldenPalace.com.. Click Here
(The nice thing about this was, I never had to do the forehead thing. I got so many comments on that site that they actually stopped accepting comments. If you impress them the first time, they'll keep throwing you cash.)
