He said he was cool with it and we talked it out over MSN, after he talked about how many connections he had and how hard he is and how rough the area is.....

Btw, over MSN I said "why don't you come say it too my face" he said "come down here, I'll pay for the train, I'll wait for you here, you don't wanna fuck with me MATE" he says mate alot.
So yeah, if he actually pays for the train I'd come down, but I didn't "bail" out on anything.

Nah, if you saw the convo's you could clearly see he wasn't, and theres like 3 of them. I hear he's done this too other people too
One of the times he was drunk I think so I just ignored him.

But yeah, if he didn't say shit like; "Oh, it's rough round here, you wouldn't last 10mins, I'm a rugby player and I can do this and I know him...." I'd like him.
As of now I'm neutral.

Haha, hes not for real on any of it. He just like to mess with people. You should have seen how he treated me when we met. He was rough to say the least.
