I don't think theres any simple way to do that so I can't help you. :D

But I think I can get the whole picture too spin......

I mean make it look as if I were spinning in a circle...I've seen it done before, but I dunno.

Perhaps some PS artist can paste one of those eye tricks over it and add some transparency, may not work though.

in photography u can do it, I forget whats its called but its special effect film.

just actually film yourself spinning around in a circle holding the cam like that, take a few frames from it, and make it into a gif with an animation program like the one that comes with jasc photosuite or another program like that

you want the background animated? or for the picture to just have a motion blur added to the background?

It's called 'the prodigy effect', there are tutorials out there.

Not exactly. I want the background to look as if I was spinning in a circle. Like, moving. The background should actually be animated to move.
