Basically, nudity is legal in an artistic way or humorous way with the person being under 18, but sexual nudity is not. It is a very fine line to walk, and that’s why many people don’t. So yes, your ass would be legal say if it was a girl "mooning" the camera with no sexual connotations attached to it. Non the less, Id be careful. So far in my work experience I have not come across a case like this yet, but I do know if someone tries to peruse it, even if the scene or picture is completely legal things can get sticky.

1.Depends if the shot shows the actual penetration of the bottle rocket in his ass, although, it is implied its in there, and could be deamed sexual cause its penetration.

Yeah, the United States law draws a very gray line when it comes to underage nudity, but it's better to be safe than sorry because sometimes it's not the law you'll need to worry about, it's the parents.
Its not really grey at all, the law clearly states what is legal and not. If its of a sexual nature its illegal, if its not, its legal.
