Neither LICENSOR nor LICENSOR'S independent certified public accountant or other representatives shall communicate at any time or use on behalf of any other person, firm or corporation other than representatives of LICENSOR any facts or information obtained as a result of any such examination of LICENSEE’S books and records. Further, prior to the commencement of any examination of LICENSEE’S books and records in accordance with the provisions of this Section, LICENSOR shall cause the independent certified public accountant engaged by LICENSOR to sign a letter and/or agreement in a form approved by LICENSEE which acknowledges his or her agreement (and the agreement of his or her firm) to be bound by the foregoing. LICENSOR shall furnish LICENSEE with a copy of the written report of the auditor. LICENSOR must initiate any claim based on such audit within six months after completion of the audit. The rights granted to LICENSOR in this Section shall constitute LICENSOR'S sole and exclusive right to examine LICENSEE'S books and records.

Hold off, if you can only do it once every twelve months I'd wait maybe another 6 months after a couple of payments, then get his books looked over to make sure the payments were correct.
Hanging this over his head now will hopefully scare him into being honest with figures but I doubt it.

Going on Moodys (probably fake) figures a few months ago that he never really elaborated on, I think it works out that each groups going to get about 100 dollars each. Once you split that amongst 5 or so members each persons only gonna get 20 bucks.

Thats so fucking weak. It's sad but true.
Anyway, like Elliot said....6 months is how long you should wait. If he gets any distribution deals, that would be the time to audit him. It would be hilarious to hire a lawyer on a contingency basis and then sue the fuck out of Moody. His lawyer fee's alone would put him in debt.

One of my most memorable Moody moments is when he went on and on about how good he was to land the Muppets a licensing deal. Then after blowing smoke up his own arse for nearly a week he ended up pocketing their money and promising to pay them back one day.
