Sorry Moody I rarely snap at you. Your blaming us here, most people on this forum have more smart than you and your "Lawyers" put together. Yeah there is alot of shit talking but if you take the time to read the comments left by the people who actually know what the fuck there talking about you will see that this could have all been easily avoided/resolved by answering 3 simple questions that seem to be your only REAL problem.

What is the group profit breakup?
What is the sales figures?
When are the royalty statements being sent out?

You chose to blank Elliot when he asked you these, ok you may not want to talk to him about it, but when people involved ask you this you should have been straight up with them. They trusted you with all there footage, you have basically fucked them over, gave them all false hope. Just answer the questions man then the bullshit can end.

You chose to no answer, you brought all this on yourself, people involved are lucky we got people like Elliot and Leroy watching out for us, to stop our small community getting fucked over by people like you.

A DVD is useless without an audience, Michael promised distribution and he guaranteed it'd be shown in cinemas. The only place the HGC DVD has been sold on, is his website.

Don't bank on getting rich if you were involved in sending footage, granted it'll be a pittance. Moody fucked up with his dishonesty, and like the bad businessman he is didn't admit it and blamed it on the people who helped put the production together.

And yeah Michael, people may enjoy the DVD. They are enjoying the groups footage, THEIR footage. This is nothing you were responsible for.

I'm not going anywhere. groups just have to stay in contact with me and I plan on continuing to work with just about everybody so they can contact me. payments are owed every 3 months and they'll be paid, I might need a couple extra weeks depending on what I'm producing at the moment and my budget but everybody will be paid.

Rico, Moody is late with payments. Why should they have to chase him? He should be contacting them before they even realise to let them know whats going on. On the phone did you even ask him what the sales figures were or how much you're getting paid? Did he answer?

So he's saying another 2 weeks is he? He said last week that it was going to be this week. Now he's pushed it back another 2 weeks? Looks like he's definately pulling a moody...
