my mate kenny produced a dvd called visions2 it got premiered all over austraila. in one part of the dvd it contained an under age girl drinking and passed out while she was drunk kenny heated up piss and poured it on her. no he is getting a fine and most likly going to jail they took the dvd out of stores and took his cam and computer. is what the police is doing right or has got any chance of not going to prision.

did he have the consent from the girl to put it in the video? either way he can just stop producing the videos or pay her off. cops shouldn't have any business taking his shit though, or prison, wtf?

yes I own the dvd. its a bodyboarding/stunt dvd its pretty funny. hes been to court but has to go back he didnt have consent from the girl so he probly deserves it. my fav part in the dvd is when kenny passes out and the put him in a little paddle boat and watch him float in the ocean

Sorry I keep missing these topics, for some reason whenever I check I dont see them on the main portal. I will check the actual legal section more often and not rely on the portal so much to tell me whats new.
But anyways.... I don’t know Australian law but in the USA pouring any body fluid on someone is a crime, being that you can pass many illness through body fluid. And underage drinking is a crime as well. If they can prove any of you provided the liquor to her, that’s another crime as well. None of these crime to my knowledge are punishable by the extent you are saying, but they are serious crimes none the less.
