Venom comes about when that "black shit" gets on Eddie Brock, Peter Parker's mate. In the comics, Spiderman wears the symbiote and it makes him super strong but it starts making him spazz out and tries to control him. So the suit moves on to Brock who goes mental and seeks revenge on Spiderman for ruining his life.
So it would make sense to see Venom in the fourth movie (if there is one).

It's been confirmed that Sandman is the villain of #3, but I think Venom will make an appearence toward the end, or at least a foreshadow toward it.

That costume beats the crap out of the old spider man costume. Although this movie dont look half bad Im more excited for the Hitman movie to ocme out based off the video games
