I found a way to make videos look better on Youtube as well, because I notice every time I put a video up, I was looking really bad.. like a smeared oil painting..
What you want to do is, render the video as a .wmv at 1 mbps.. the file should be fairly large (this one was 8:24 at 60,000 kb) so you may only be able to put about 10 minutes worth of footage up, but this is the best quality video I've seen on youtube yet.

Very creative. Good editing and funny material. I only got bored when I saw it was like 5 minutes straight of just watching you hand out the cards but it still kept me intrested most of the time.
