It means you can charge and supply power to your camera with two batteries at the same time, preventing the need to change a battery half way through a shoot.

But it does attach to my camera by an add on mount at the back. And my camera is very lense heavy so this little gizmo means it will be easier to operate and keep a steadier shot, and it will fly better on a steadicam, again for the same reason.

Unfortunately weve come to an age where we cant keep living with our heads in the clouds, no matter how fun Human maybe/muppets was, we have to make money and build a career, and obviously there isnt a huge amount of money to be made from stunts and if a serious injury occurred it could sabotage our careers.
But thats not to say we wont still complete the dvd. SHit if doing this 'saw ripoff' for me or if scotts band gets signed (which there very close to being, as they have same manager as enter shikari) then its more likely that if we were to go back to stunts there would be money to be made as people would know who we are etc.
Maybe it sounds sad, but its just the way the world works, if you have no money you cant survive, simple as that.
On a good note just got another job today through my company from an advertising company called vccp to do a few vids for them for £300. And I won £12 on 2 scratch cards, so today is going good.

It's an amazing light. It can be too bright in some conditions, but the ND filters on the VX help that out. I hear putting wax paper over it helps too.

Instant HD ( http://www.redgiantsoftware.com/instanthd.html ), can't really tell if it works, its confusing. Doesn't matter because I didn't pay for it.
dont think its supposed to make your quality better, but makes your dv clips compatible to edit with your hdv clips.
any luck with this? id be intrested if I knew it worked
