I would highly recommend these tablets if you're thinking about kicking the habit too (or if anyone else here is...I dunno if you smoke but I'm guessing you do). They are an anti-depressant but I haven't noticed any bad side-effects from these pills at all (others have though) and there's virtually no withdrawal off the tablets.
Having said that, I was put on anti-depressant (aropax) a few months ago and had terrible side-effects--so these must be better. They really do cut down the cravings and irritability.

-I just got a 2.4 litre bottle of blackcurrant/apple juice (I live off fruit juice 80% of the time in case you guys haven't noticed)
-3 jam doughnuts.
-a packet of promethazine pills (best shit I can get that helps me sleep without a prescription). You guys should try like 100 mg of the stuff, it'll knock you. You shouldn't take them everyday though; only when desperate. My pharmacist gives them to me cos' he knows me well. Other people he'd probably refuse because they are pills you can abuse. HA
