yep, the downside to it is that right now you have to reboot the ipod from your computer if you ever shut it off or the battery dies (not that bad, I have a program that does the process for you) but it is a long process, the first time I did it it took me almost all day to finally understand, but once you get by that it's actually really fucking easy and only takes about 45 minutes. and yeah, once you have it done, there's a program you can download to it that lets you download and install free apps that you'd normal pay like 6 bucks for. very awesome.
