Blurring faces on Vegas

I can blur faces on Sony vegas?. How?

Theres a tut somewhere or someone can teach me.?

I've never needed to myself but just use some random effect, whack it on and just crop it down so it fits over the persons face, thats what I would do anyways.

Not much help but yeah...

I blurred a face on vegas, copy the part u wanna blur onto another track (above the normal one) and apply a blur or pixelate to the part on the track below.
Then use the "Cookie Cutter" on the top track to select the part you want blurred. I think thats how I done it lol I cant remember, there was a tutorial I used and I cant remember where that is either lol.

I know in the help file theres some info type "Blur a face" in the Vegas Help file.
