The World Cup

As we all know the World Cup will be starting June 9th. This year it will be heild in Germany.

Brazil and Argentina have been dominant in previous years but you can't count anyone out.

I personally think Brazil will take it all, Who do you think is gonna win?

Again I'm rooting for the Netherlands but unfortunately they're gonna have a hard time to advance into the final rounds I think..

England has a great midfield! Becks, Gerrad, Lampard & Cole.

Strikers are a big question mark... I think Gerrard & Lampard will score more goals than the strikers.

Rooney is back. The hype can now stop about his injury. Also Michael owen never ceases to amaze me with his skills he still posseses; he always manages to surprise people.

England do have a very good team this year. I doubt we will win, but we should do very well for normal english standards.

According to the newspaper here FIFA have america ranked at 4 and England at 10.
I find that hard to believe but I wouldn't know as I come from a rugby mad nation.
Surely England is ranked higer than the states.

America are shite at football, no offense, but since when did America ever do better than England?

USA is actually ranked higher than England. But I think it could have something to do that they play in the American Confederation CONCACAF which is far from as good as the European UEFA

I always say this though.... "I reckon England will get too the semi's, quarters at the least" so I'll stick with that.

I reckon Argentina, to be honest. I think Brazil will get knocked out in a shocker of a 2nd round, and the Argies will take the Cup. Don't ask me why, I just have an inkling.
